Tractor

Tractor is a project currently in development. It is a project which is large in scope, so bear with me while I describe its features to you.

General Features

Highly modular interface, allows downloading new modules to expand the feature set.
Define products/services which your organisation uses/supports.
Allow users to submit trouble tickets and/or bug reports for these products/services.
Each product/service can have its own wiki (for documentation, frequently asked questions, etc)
A system-wide blog facility, or a blog for each product/service.
An API for integrating data from Tractor into your own website.

Features for Developers

Define a subversion repository for each product/service.
Automatic building of the contents of subversion repositories, based on rules.
Build zip files, Inno Setup installers or MSI files.
Automatic (or manual) change logging, based on Subversion log messages.
Product suggestion management.

Initially, the scope of the project was just to develop a bug tracker/ticketing system. It has grown beyond that, and currently powers this website (you are reading a wiki page associated with the Tractor product).
